Stayed at the Villa Colonial, conveniently located at the heart of the Zona Colonial, for 5 nights and was very glad we booked here. Hotel staff was super friendly, attentive and helpful from the get go. Room 8 was spacious and super clean, as were all the hotel facilities (cafeteria, swimming pool, lobbies and hallways). Breakfast is very filling,with many options that will cater to all types of appetite. The manager Ramón made sure to have a private chat with us to detail how they'd accommodated our requirements related to food allergies. Super warm treatment from everyone, free fresh water supply, coffee, nice bathroom. I have only good things to say, would 100% book again and recommend it to anyone visiting Santo Domingo.

Location was brilliant, staff were exceptionally helpful and the facilities were wonderful, would highly recommend!

The room was comfortable, perfectly clean and cleaned daily with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. There was a safe in the room. There is an elevator in the hotel.

From the moment I arrived at the establishment, I noticed it was well kept and the way the staff greats you as you step out from your vehicle or taxi is nothing but first class and they attend to you with pride which leaves you with a feel of importance. I thank the entire staff for their dedication from the check-in staff, the bell men, the cleaners, but most of all, the cooks and waitresses. Thank you for what was the best experience I have ever had while staying in a hotel

Breakfast had abundant choices if the breakfast option is chosen at purchase of room. Fresh and tasty. Location in a central area of the "Zona Colonial, Nice pool and rooftop dining.

We arrived earlier than expected day of check in and staff was able to check in us earlier that day. The room service was great throughout the stay. The daily breakfast was also very good, some items that would run out the staff would make more as well. Would definitely stay here again! Hotel had security and was close to many restaurants, malls, botanical gardens, the center zona colonial and beach. We did not get to visit the beach this time but was close.
