I enjoyed my stay at Novotel, guest services was very friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate my mom with an accessible room at request. The rooms were nice and clean and all the amenities were there. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants close, convenient access to the Cairo airport.

Each air-conditioned room is spacious and includes a work desk, satellite TV and minibar. The private bathrooms come with a bathtub and hairdryer, and some rooms have a seating area. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was more comfortable, thanks to Mr. Yahya who also made our check in much easier in spite of long queues. Breakfast was varied and excellent with very attentive staff. Room service and Laundry were also excellent. Overall, our stay was memorable, and we would revisit the hotel during our next trip.
