Behind a modest facade, a beautiful house, lovingly and tastefully restored to the highest standard. The same goes for the apartments, set around the central patio, which leads to a lush garden behind the house. My one-person apartment was conveniently equipped and thoughtfully stocked with organic soap and shampoo. Above all, though, Herman and Karla are among the kindest hosts I've ever ❤️ met. They are extraordinarily helpful.

It was so lovely to arrive to an open door and a friendly greeting from a delightful host! The room was lovely and breakfast the next day was provided with a smile. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

El Jardín del Convento, Casa Rural is situated in a beautiful square in the historic quarter of Hervás, Extremadura. The 19th-century building features free Wi-Fi and stylish interiors with antique furniture. The house and garden are beautiful as is the town! The views from the lovely first floor terrace over the garden and out to the hills were magical. This is a family home now converted to rooms with bathrooms and is a family-run business. There is obvious attention to small details - and we enjoyed meeting Amos, who grew up in the house and gave us a tour of the house and garden, and manages it with his parents, as well as his father and Pascal who works there. A really special place! We were sorry we could not stay more than one night. And the Via Verde above the town is stunning to bike and walk.

The access to the property is done by stairs. The staff and the location. The property was very interesting and cultural so it was great!

Here you can wake up to an incredible view of the Plaza Mayor or the castle. First of all, I have to mention the super friendly and accommodating staff. The entire hotel is simply fantastic; I've never stayed in such a beautiful hotel. Excellent value for money.
