We could stay in a new clean room without any charge. This was making a huge difference and was so welcome in an unfortunate situation. Really grateful for this service, thank YOU again!

Drinks, cookies and ice cream were always available. The staff was wonderful, they looked after our luggage on the day of departure. The room is very clean.
