However, this place is a gem if you have a car or bike. Exceptionally clean and well-maintained, the B and B is located in a quiet, quaint village a few miles from Astorga. An amazing price (70 Euros) for the quality of the facility and excellent breakfast. We also had an exceptional dinner at the restaurant just around the corner. Absolutely wonderful!

This charming mansion dates from the 18th century and is located in the medieval town of Villafranca del Bierzo, on the Camino de Santiago. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, minibar, plasma TV and hydromassage shower column. Comfortable, very good service, welcoming, clean, charming with lots of character, good location on the Camino route. Very good breakfast. One of our best accommodations during our Camino.
