A former antique shop, the hotel has a an art and antique collection. The cathedral is a 5-minute walk away. Everything about my stay was wonderful — the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel’s location in the heart of Palma is also perfect for exploring the city. But what truly made the experience special was the staff. Juliette, Marie, Joan and the lovely lady who prepared breakfast may be the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. The genuine warmth and outstanding service of the team make this hotel truly stand out. I will definitely be back!

A range of massages and treatments using local products can be arranged on request. Breakfast was amazing - loved the fruit salad which was different everyday. The hotel is located in the city center of Alcudia, just around the corner of the main street/square. The staff was very considerate and proactive - e.g. they brought gluten-free bread options when seeing us sit down in the restaurant/breakfast area.

All are tastefully designed to make you feel at home, many with wood-beamed ceilings and covered verandas, as well as others that feature original frescoes and moldings. Not the best location on property as it was next to an alley, but i didn't mind as the room itself was perfect.
