Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Lots of little personal touches throughout made each room unique. Super confortable huge bed and large bathroom. Was really a wonderful place. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice.

It is also well situated, easy to find by car, close to the railway station and a short walk away from the cathedral, the castle and the Loire river. The old city centre with bars and restaurants is also at walking distance. Alexandra is a welcoming and thoughtful hostess. I would love to come back
