The property is non-smoking and is situated 1.1 km from Ayr Beach. John, our host was very welcoming and really helpful with information etc. The room was spotless and very tastefully decorated. Absolutely no complaints.

Staff very attentive and a fabulous breakfast. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

This 3-star guest house offers luggage storage space. There is a children's playground and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The room was extremely well appointed, very clean, roomy and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very enjoyable noting a menu with options was provided. Evening dining was well catered for through local venues including the Fox and Willow which was a 3 - 4 minute walk from Inverlea.

Can't say enough about the staff and owners making is feel welcome as Americans moving to Scotland. Ten out of Ten!!!
