In the centre of Callander, which is set in The Trossachs National Park, this Georgian town house provides individually styled rooms with free Wi-Fi and home-cooked breakfasts.

Rooms at the Highland House Hotel each have a flat-screen cable TV, clock radio and free tea and coffee. Every room has a private bathroom, whilst many also retain some of the building’s original features. Centrally located in Callander, this place is absolutely a charming guesthouse. Plaid carpet, highland coo decor, amazing breakfast and attentive hosts make this accommodation among the best I’ve ever stayed.

Ideally situated to explore the natural beauty of the Trossachs National Park, this charming hotel is set in Callendar, at the ‘Gateway to the Highlands’.

Offering comfortable en suite rooms, equipped with all facilities needed for a relaxing stay, the Waverley Hotel also features a bar. A member of CAMRA and winner of the Forth Valley Pub of the Year 2006, the bar is a favourite among locals and serves cask ales, lagers and malt whiskies. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. We went for dinner in the bar and it was amazing with live music and good drinks. Really recommend it’s lovely place to stay.

The luxurious Victoria Square and the Orangery Restaurant shares the elegance of this desirable area of Stirling, with a selection of distinctly styled en suite rooms. Limited on-site parking and Free Wi-Fi are available at Victoria Square, just 4 minutes drive from the majestic Stirling Castle.. They brought us breakfast in bed which wasn’t an option but they bent over backwards to help; having been pushed for time, cannot wait to be back one day and fully relax and soak it all in
