Wonderful breakfast. rooms are big enough and modern. The hotel is walking distance from the city center. staff are so nice and the balcony is one of the best we have been. We did not want to leave the hotel! will definitely come back.

Featuring a bar, the property is located within 32 km of Trough of Bowland. The property is non-smoking and is set 12 km from Kendal Castle. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. Great breakfast. We also had lunch and dinner couple of times and were always very satisfied with the food and service.
