Each room has a minibar, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an en suite bathroom. I had such a lovely experience at The Ampersand Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—truly going out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of South Kensington, close to everything but still peaceful. Everything about my stay felt thoughtfully curated and elegant. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The front desk and restaurant staff were very courteous and friendly.

Located less than 5 minutes' walk from East Croydon Train Station, this hotel offers a 24-hour reception, and free Wi-Fi in all areas and bedrooms. There is an on-site gym and bar serving drinks and meals. The staff are amazing!! The front desk was very supportive. France (front desk assistant) was amazing at answering my questions and helping me sort out any obstacles. She was so kind! Manoj was a great guy, too. He was so helpful! He went full dad mode on my way out. He was concerned that I had breakfast and coffee before I left. Very much a family vibe. This hotel was very clean and the support staff were so kind and sociable when moving around the building. Everyone had a smile, and it seemed like those who worked their both took pride in the space and truly enjoyed connecting with guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to london. Close to the train but also surrounded by lots of food options. The breakfast at the hotel is also very good. They had a little of everything, so it didn't seem like you had to eat the same thing every morning.

Themed on Ealing’s comedy films, rooms at The Drayton Court Hotel each have a modern bathroom and flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout, and tea/coffee facilities are provided. Out of all of our beautiful stays on our trip to Scotland, this one was our favorite. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning and enjoyed our tea with a view right from our room. Our hosts were so kind and offered history and suggestions on what to do and where to eat in the area. The walk into town was short and scenic! We loved meeting Alex & Alan’s dog Oatie too!
