Rooms are located at either The Portmeirion Hotel or Castell Deudraeth, or in the village rooms and suites. The brightly decorated rooms each have a unique design. They feature a TV, a telephone, an en suite bathroom and a hairdryer. Room overlooking the sea, beautiful room, very welcoming friendly staff. Food amazing. The village where the prisoner was filmed was a real treat, absolutely perfect to be honest.

Situated within Snowdonia National Park, Aberdunant Hall is a 17th-century property set within 200-acres of woodland on an idyllic upmarket Holiday Home Park. With free onsite parking, it retains many original features, such as beamed ceilings, fireplaces and stained glass. Guests can relax in the garden or on the terrace. The Cabanas were comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 3. Great views out over the trees/mountains. A good base for exploring north wales.

With a magnificent location, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty and dramatic scenery of the Snowdonia National Park, the Tynycornel Hotel looks out over its own 222-acre fishing lake.

Sensitively refurbished, Tynycornel is a solid, traditional building, rich in original character and traditional charm. The en suite rooms have splendid lakeside or garden views and guests can also stay in the adjacent accommodation, converted from old farm buildings. All rooms have TVs, telephones and tea/coffee making facilities. We go there every trip to Wales and love it. The view, the food, the room, location, ... we just love it.

Extraordinary breakfasts by our host, also suggestions and support with what to see in the area, and a beautiful, unique historic property. Our week in the Lleyn Peninsula was just idyllic. The area could not be more beautiful, and rich in Welsh culture. Thank you!

Seabreeze has an idyllic seafront location in the old fishing port of Aberdovey. It offers central, seafront bed-and-breakfast accommodation with views over the beautiful Dovey estuary.

Fresh, local produce is served on the seasonal Welsh menu in the restaurant. Nothing to dislike , even the seagulls messed on everyone’s cars except mine

Situated in Snowdonia National Park, Penhelig Arms has a waterside location at the mouth of the Dyfi estuary. It offers fresh seafood and a range of other dishes, and has a real log fire in winter.

You can dine in Fisherman’s Bar, or the waterfront restaurant, which offers crab, bass and bream fresh from the quay. Welsh beef and lamb are both on the menu, and a full cooked breakfast is provided in the morning. Dinner and the room with a sea view. And the staff’s really nice and welcoming.
