Nestled in the Chiltern Hills, just north of the River Thames as it winds through Buckinghamshire, The Stag and Huntsman is situated in the picturesque village of Hambleden. Lovely old building. Great food and excellent staff. Beer festival was a dubious bonus but a super weekend.

This historic former brewery boasts light and elegant rooms with rustic, original features and fine Egyptian linen. Centrally located, clean, dinner was delightful and delicious. Bed was very comfortable.

The 4-Star Crowne Plaza Marlow is located beside a lake, in the heart of the Thames Valley. Outstanding in every way. Can’t say enough positive things.

Originally a 16th-century coaching inn, The Crown in Old Amersham offers dining, traditional hospitality and easy access to the M40, M25, M1 and M4. Free parking and Wi-Fi is available on-site. Lovely hotel, very pet friendly and helpful staff. Super breakfast....excellent stay, thank you.

The Olde Bell, BW Signature Collection is a modernised 3-star coaching inn providing Ilse Crawford designed restful rooms with a rustic elegance. What a great hotel - good location, excellent staff, lovely restaurant with yummy food. The bed was extra comfy and the room, very spacious.
