The pool is clean & the food is good. The best part is the free shuttle to the city centre which takes 6-8 minutes, make sure to book it in advance especially during peak season. The staff at the hotel is service minded. The room was clean and it was facing the pool and city view.

The hotel pool was nice and I liked the kids area and all the atmosphere. The breakfast was also good.

The rooms are nice and spacious with great shower. The location for beach lovers couldn't be better - right on the beach. It's about 10-15 minutes walk to the village center, but there are tavernas, mini market , supermarket etc, just next door

Location, Staff, Food was incredible, the accommodation was pretty nice.

This central Chania hotel is just 200 metres from the Old Town walls and the Venetian harbour. It offers Cretan hospitality, modern furniture and facilities, air-conditioned and soundproof rooms and a limited capacity underground parking. The hotel was fully refurbished in 2021. The location of the hotel is amazing. The hotel is very clean, recently renovated. Breakfast is not of a huge variety, but was delicious and plenty. Our room had a great view towards Chania's old town and the sea. We'll certainly be back! No parking, but apparently they have an agreement with a hotel next door and we had no problem with parking our car.

Meeting facilities and free WiFi Fiber in all areas are provided. The staff were very helpful. The parking is difficult and they helped get our car stored and safe.

The nearest airport is Chania International Airport, 11 km from Shalom Luxury Rooms Kondilaki. Location was great. Bath was a good size. It was very modest and comfortable. The room we had was with a balcony and we enjoyed that every night!
