Although Google Maps showed it as a two-star hotel, it definitely deserves at least four. The apartments are newly furnished with a beautiful design. Breakfast could perhaps have a bit more variety, but everything was tasty. The beach is excellent, with comfortable sunbeds, and the bar is open from early morning until late at night — something the neighboring hotel didn’t have. It offers Cretan hospitality, modern furniture and facilities, air-conditioned and soundproof rooms and a limited capacity underground parking. The hotel was fully refurbished in 2021. Exceptional breakfast, diverse food, fresh fruit, good coffee. Location is excellent, in front of a park that borders the main tourist area. Everything is close, and the room is very quiet.

Very nice hotel, with one of the best breakfast options with the possibility of ordering from the menu. Wide variety of coffee. The staff was very nice, helpful. Parking was available behind the hotel. The hotel had a central location in the port, access to the city centre and restaurants. The rooms were clean, we loved that we could blackout the windows. The windows blocked out the noise of nightlife perfectly. We wish we could have stayed in this hotel a bit longer.

The nearest airport is Chania International Airport, 11 km from Shalom Luxury Rooms Kondilaki. We loved our stay at the hotel. It was spacious, comfortable with a very generous covered balcony which we used everyday. We wanted to be right in the centre of the Old Town and we could not have wished for a better location.
