Originally a wealthy sea captain’s mansion built in 1810, the Hotel Miranda is a fine example of characteristic local architecture. We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Miranda. The building, the patio, the breakfast, the staff were just perfect and made our stay at Hydra even better.

Just 200 metres from the scenic Hydra Port, the 5-star Hotel Leto Hydra offers elegant rooms, furnished as a traditional Hydriot mansion. Great location, close to the port and a little off the most crowded places. Very comfortable beds and spacious balcony. Tasty breakfast and extremely helpful staff! Thank you for amazing hospitality!

Το Angelica Traditional Boutique Hotel, το οποίο στεγάζεται σε ένα ιστορικό κτήριο στην καρδιά της Ύδρας, προσφέρει όμορφα καταλύματα με μπανιέρα-υδρομασάζ ή ντους με υδρομασάζ. The staff were so lovely! We had planned to check in on a Wednesday, but the staff reached out to let us know that there was a boat strike scheduled for that day and they were happy to reschedule or offer a full refund. We really appreciated them letting us know, as we were unaware of this. We checked in the following night instead and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful!

Το Amaryllis Hotel διαθέτει καταλύματα 1 αστέρος στον προορισμό Ύδρα, 800μ μακριά από Παραλία Αυλάκι και σε απόσταση 400μ από Λιμάνι Ύδρας. Hotel has very good location, it has old fashioned but very lovely homey athmosphere, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would love to go there back someday. it has very lovely terace with excellent viwe to the island.

Σε κεντρική τοποθεσία στη γραφική Ύδρα, η οικογενειακή επιχείρηση Pension Erofili απέχει μόλις 400μ. από τη βραχώδη παραλία Σπηλιά. Excellent location, super nice hosts and very helpful. Quite, yet centrally located and very easy to get around. Room was very nice size and comfortable. Nice small garden to enjoy setting outside and eating breakfast or having drinks.

The views, room amenities, staff helpfulness are all pluses to the Hotel Hydra. When I chose the hotel, I knew it was up a long path with many stairs. However, the views at the hotel and the surrounding sights made the walk worth it. The signage is good so it is difficult to get lost. The area around the hotel has an historic mansion and the family home of a famous artist. Both were excellent and interesting visits.
