The staff is the best part about the accommodation. They are so friendly and you are able to ask them anything. The rooms itself are spacious and clean. The bed is amazing. You are able to get coffee and mulled wine throughout the day which is a really nice touch. The hotel had an excellent location as everything is nearby, but it isn't too loud.

Great welcome. We arrived early with the hope of storing our bags until our room was ready, but they gave us our room straight away. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean. We had a courtyard view. Extremely quiet. Breakfast every morning was well prepared and there was a good variety. Free Mulled wine in reception all day long was an extra pleasure when you came in out of the cold. Also free tea, coffee or hot chocolate all day. It was an extremely pleasant stay. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Excellent location also. Close to everything.

Breakfast had a good variety, fresh and well laid out. Did not run out of product, nor was it in such abundance that items were stale or hard like bread is when it drys out or eggs sitting out too long.
