Loved the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the breakfast was the best value for money I have seen in a very long time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Located on the beachfront, KTM Resort Batam offers views of the Singapore skyline. It an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. Free WiFi access as well as parking are available. We booked a Deluxe Villa which we found spacious and comfortable. The location felt very exclusive, yet was close to Sekupang ferry terminal (with free land transfer provided by the resort) and not far from the city center (30 minutes by car). The restaurant and bar were very good, with a nice selection of food and drinks. The spa center was amazing. Very professional service by the staff too!

Famous K2 Food Court is just 3 mins walk and Grand Batam Mall is 8 mins walk. Service is also good. We were given a double bed room on 1st floor, we then requested for a higher floor, they gave us a twin bed on a higher floor and later housekeeping join the bed for us. We asked for more pillows at night and they provided at once. Value for money.
