I liked how the staff was attentive and friendly towards our needs. Huge kudos to the front desk reception staff. When it comes to the rooom, I enjoyed the comfy bed and size of the room--fit for a king! The location is also very strategic, located on top of a mall and close to almost everywhere in Surabaya.

One of our favorite places during our 3 week holiday in Indonesia. The staff was super helpful and always there if you needed help (especially Tegar), the gardens look absolutely beautiful and the room itself is pretty good for the price. Also the Restaurant had an AMAZING choice of breakfast dishes and is a romantic place to have a dinner with really good food. Overall we enjoyed our time and would always come back 🙏

The staff has been wonderful in catering to all our needs and always with a big smile. Our room was spacious and every day we got we got two waterbottles for free. The housekeeping department is amazing and that was very much appreciated. Near the hotel are an atm, supermarket and nice restaurants to visit, the and great tours to nature.
