I thoroughly loved this hotel - there was a great atmosphere as soon as you walked into the foyer, the atrium and waterfall was great along with beautiful views all round and a decent swimming pool and spa. Food and room service was of a good standard and the cake shop excelled with some of the delicious cakes they provided. Room was nicely decorated and very spacious along with comfy bed and amazing view from the balcony. Good distance by car to some of the important temples and volcanos. Thanks to all members of staff for a professional, polite and hardworking approach to the service they provided. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I come back.
