After booking, the hotel reservation team sent me a link to its website, which has fabulous ideas of activities you can explore while in Athlone. There was constant communication from the team ahead of my arrival. It was my birthday and they made it so special, the personnel at the reception wished me a Happy Birthday as I walked in, and on walking to into my room I was welcomed with a plate of cake, chocolate and a birthday card from the hotel management. Everything about my stay was perfect. The pool, spa, breakfast, and dinner were indeed amazing. The staff are so courteous, they were always ready to help and were beaming with smiles always. I highly recommend and would definitely return when next I visit Athlone. The oldest pub in Ireland, "Sean's bar," is a 10 mins walk away, too 😊
