Located in the heart of Jerusalem, 21st Floor Hotel offers modern self-catering accommodation with free WiFi and panoramic views of the city. The Western Wall is 3 km away. We celebrated our son's Bar Mitzvah with family and stayed in a few units. Yoel and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and allow us the family togetherness we were seeking! I definitely recommend this hotel for its modern design and great hospitality!

Family run, Beautiful hotel with lots of character in East Jerusalem. Room was exceptionally clean. Staff were very accommodating and lovely. Nice breakfast. 5-7mins walk to old city.

Our stay in this hotel inside the old city of Jerusalem has been simply unforgettable. Unfortunately we could spend only one night, but our triple room with panoramic view on the old town, almost in front of the Dom of the Rock, has been fantastic! The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel is charming, from the bottom (where a great buffet breakfast is served) until the top, with a superpanoramic terrace, full of atmosphere and nice to be used at any time of the day/night. The position is perfect to visit the old city. Around the hotel a lot of shops, facilities and family restaurants. Thankyou very much for let us live a dream. We really hope to come again and we wish you all the best!

The hotel is very clean, location is prime, amazing breakfast, the staff very helpful and friendly helped me navigate through the situation that was happening in Israel!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, in a neighbourhood that is no less. The staff were very accommodating, the rooms were quiet and clean, the courtyard serene, the AC worked like a charm, and the surrounding area was chock full of fantastic eateries.

You can't beat the location. The staff were very friendly. The front of the hotelis very unassuming, but it was everything we wanted, comfortable, clean, VERY centrally located
