She was eager to serve and assist me upon my arrival even sitting in the lounge area with a latte for me. I felt like I had arrived at my second home away from home. Any questions or directions I required throughout the week were promptly answered and attended to by Mary. Coffee and cool refreshments were available throughout the day. Trays of delicious pastry greeted us every morning. The view from my 8th floor room provided a wonderful scene of daily life in downtown Jerusalem. The bed and the pillows were the most comfortable accommodations I have ever slept in! The location is superb as access to areas of interest are within walking distance and all forms of transportation are just steps away from the hotel. Upon checkout, there was a vast spread of cultural delicacies available to enjoy! I felt like it was a personal ‘bon voyage’! I had the privilege of meeting Ariella, the General Manager, who was a pillar of grace for the hotel, a true gem! The whole experience at Jerusalem Gold was markedly wonderful and made it difficult to leave. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Jerusalem. You will not be disappointed!
