Very clean, service was amazing, room was so spacious and they even have a bouquet of flowers, apples and balloons for me and my husband when we got in the room. From the moment I arrived the staff were super friendly and helpful, in every area of the business; security, baggage staff, reception, cafe, all really nice people. The venue is very beautiful, especially when dressed for Christmas, and the staff all wear beautiful uniforms. I actually got incredibly sick on my last night and I couldn't have asked for more help and support from the night receptionist - she deserves a medal as I was in tears. She called the doctor, had some meds driven over for me, had things brought to my room and when I checked out even asked if I needed her to call anyone at home because I was travelling alone and about to take a long flight. I'm sure this goes above the usual 'check out checklist'. Really comfy beds, a great shower, also and delicious food, we even had an Indian flute player for breakfast one day!

Just 1 km from Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), Residency Hotel Andheri offers spacious rooms with a flat-screen TV. It features a restaurant and 24-hour room service. The room size was very good with excellent customer service from the staff... The main attraction was the location with lots of noise and people... but the rooms were sound proof... Overall a great experience and full marks for the service...

It is clean and very quiet for Mumbai.
