Nice staff, the restaurants in the property are really good every dish I order was awesome. I also tried the Ayurveda(spa) in the premise is really good. Overall I loved everything about them.

The food was excellent, and the service given was incredible. The next time I'm in Chennai, Park Hyaat will be my No.1 choice. I'm looking forward to staying there again! The location along a main street not far from the main toursty area of Fort Kochi was perfect. The building itself and the decoration of the house was beautiful. The room was quiet even though the property is next to the main street. It was an easy and nice walk (less than 10 mins) through interesting streets to the main tourst area. The shops nearbly just outside the Inn were very convenient and I got my local sim card from a shop oppoposite. Room was comfortable and clean without much view (but it is alright). Breakfast was good. Dinner at the hotel was great too and reasonably priced. Service was professional yet warm.

Clean pools and other facilities. Near to all the major attractions. Very cheerful waiters. Front desk staffs were also very good. Just arrogant payment handlers. They were behaving like as if you missed the 10 the emi payment.
