The Hotel is really good and it was really easy to connect with them since the beginning. Communication through Whatsapp to arrange transfers and solve any issues was amazing. Breakfast and Dinner are perfect, in general, no issues staying there.

I liked the cleanliness and layout of the rooms. The breakfast was excellent and it was quite easy to place orders for more food since the staff was very attentive. The reception is welcoming but more than that, there are some staff who walk around the floor and ask about your stay and if you needed any help or travel suggestions. That was what stood out to me since they show some much care about the guests.

Sitting on the top of Pasumalai Hill, Gateway Madurai stretches over 62 acres of peaceful landscaped gardens. It has an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and an Ayurvedic treatment center. Love this colonial, yet modern hotel. Dining room staff, are attentive with good memories of personal preferences. The food is very good. The room located with a decent view of the pool, was well stocked with amenities. Morning room service coffee was timely and tasty. A wonderful stay as usual. Thank you. The peacocks even performed in all their glory.
