Some units have beamed ceilings. I booked Residenza Dell' Opera from the airport. When we arrived at Residenza Dell' Opera, 20 minutes later, the property was closed. When I checked my phone there was a message from the reception that the hotel was closed due to maintenance, and we were offered a stay in their other property, Opera35, via della Rocca. This gave us little trouble and our alternative stay was great, but I can not rate Residenza Dell' Opera. Ratings are for Opera35

The host Angela was really welcoming, friendly and accommodating. She also gave us nice recommendations and had a map available which was convenient. Check in and Check out were easy. The hotel was immaculate and the bedroom was spacious and comfortable, free coffee, tea and water! The location was ideal and perfect with a secure carpark about a two-minute walk.
