We got upgraded our room to the luxury suite! It was so lovely, nice decorated, bath tub, amazing view and spacious room. We enjoyed the facilities with a Prosecco served to our room and some aperitif. The hotel location and view is perfect! You have amazing restaurants nearby and comfy chairs and loung to relax and enjoy the view from Sassi ( specially at night 🤩)

Everything was great! The room was clean and quite spacious, and the staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the center, but keep in mind it’s uphill on the way back. The parking area is spacious and secure, which is important since parking spots in the area are limited. Overall, a very pleasant experience

Beautiful, calm, place, excellent staff and luxurious breakfast. I was surprised how quiet and safe it is in the middle of the tourist part of the city. I would love to come back.

We booked this hotel after reading all the great reviews—and it truly didn’t disappoint. What you see is exactly what you get! The hotel is spacious, clean, and offers stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even went the extra mile to help us book a cab and communicated with the driver on our behalf, which made everything so much easier. And not to forget the breakfast—it was generous, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended!
