I had a wonderful stay at “Residenza Marchesi Pontenani”! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few minutes away from all the main attractions, yet the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful despite being so close to the city center. Fabio, the owner, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. When my mom’s backpack, which had the apartment keys inside, was stolen, Fabio provided clear instructions to access the apartment and even left new keys waiting for us at the door. His kindness and efficiency made a difficult situation much easier to handle. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, making our stay very comfortable. This was my first time in Florence, but it definitely won’t be my last! I will absolutely return and stay at “Residenza Marchesi Pontenani” again. Highly recommend!

Everything matches the description and photos. Everything was wonderful. The very center of Florence, close to shops and restaurants. We turned on the batteries for several hours a day, and some of us were sometimes cool. Very warm blanket and comfortable beds. Nice shower and plumbing in the bathroom. Breakfast can be ordered in the kitchen, it is brought to your room, it is quite satisfying- you can order an omelet or scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, toast, coffee, fruit, yoghurts- you will not stay hungry.

The apartment was incredibly clean, spacious, and modern, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing great recommendations and making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. While the location is a pleasant walk from the city center, the apartment's bonus is also the free and secure parking. This was a huge convenience and gave us peace of mind.

В двух шагах от отеля кафе, где подают хорошие завтраки, да и вообще рядом много ресторанов, а которых можно поужинать.

Гостевой дом каменной постройки расположен на холмах Кьянти в поселке Сальвадоника. Классно! понравилось всё!

Вилла Nardi находится в зеленом районе Флоренции, в 10 минутах ходьбы от садов Боболи и древних городских ворот Порта Романа. Этот исторический особняк с частным парком был построен в конце XIX века. The room was large, comfortable and elegant! The property is gorgeous. Breakfast was a delight!

Another great perk was the complimentary shuttle service to and from Florence city, making it incredibly convenient to explore without any hassle. With such excellent service and amenities, we will definitely be returning for another stay!
