This charming, family-run hotel has everything one could ask for. The view overlooking the marina of Sant’Angelo is absolutely breathtaking — we had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast each morning with this stunning backdrop and also indulged in an amazing, relaxing dinner. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, with a beautiful side view of the sea. What truly makes this place special is the warmth and hospitality of the family and staff. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making our stay feel like home. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our visit by an extra night. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — a hidden gem on Ischia and the perfect place to unwind and soak in the beauty of Sant’Angelo.

Offering panoramic views and both indoor and outdoor pools, Grifo Hotel Charme & Spa is 1.5 km from Ischia Harbour. The thermal spas of Castiglione Parco Termale are just 500 metres away. Fantastic boutique hotel set up on the hillside of Cassamicciola. We booked a seaside room with fantastic views of Ocean and great space. Afternoon drinks by the pool and breakfast with Enzo was also enjoyable.

Offering a panoramic sun terrace with sea view, Villa Marinella is a 5-minute walk from the beaches of Ischia and only steps away from Castiglione Thermal Park. For less than the cost of a mediocre American hotel with a view of a parking lot, I enjoyed what felt like a VIP experience. From the start, Alberto and Annalisa made me feel at home. I really appreciated the complimentary taxi to and from Ischia Port, the welcome fresh fruit juice and snack (much needed after 24+ hours awake from traveling), the Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries and the information on what to do in Ischia. I wish I could have had more time to relax on my private terrace and in the other parts of the hotel, and to take advantage of the complimentary pass to Castliglione Thermal Park (I went to Poseidon instead-no regrets at all!)

Located on Ischia, Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa has an outdoor pool and sun terrace with views across to Naples. There are not enough stars to rate this place. Everything about it is extraordinary - building, rooms, design, food, view, atmosphere. The kindness and warmth of everyone who works at Mezzatorre turn this place into a little paradise. Located on the island of Ischia, in the pedestrian area on the main square designed by renowned architect Fuksas and just 100 meters from the sandy beach of Casamicciola Terme, Marina 10 Design Hotel... Everything was perfect. The hotel is right in front of Casamicciola’s marina and is charming, with comfortable rooms and a nice garden/pool area. Breakfast had a lot of options but the best part eas the staff, as they were super helpful and friendly. When we arrived, they helped my boyfriend overcome the sea sickness symptoms from the ferry, with a few tips and food. They also provided a thorough description of the island, bus routes, highlights, possible itineraries and recommendations. All this on top of being extremely nice, especially Monica from the reception! We would love to come back!
