Very kind host, the lady owner, great breakfast and perfect secure parking right across the street. 2 minutes walk from central squares.

Featuring a sun terrace, a wellness centre, and a free gym, the 4-star Palazzo Bezzi Hotel is 500 metres from Ravenna centre. The modern rooms offer free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and large LED TVs. This is a beautiful hotel perfectly located. Great rooms and terrific breakfast. But the staff are awesome. We had an issue with a rental car and Emmanuel and Andrea spent two hours getting Europcar to resolve our issue. Their support and kindness will always be remembered. And Matteo provided fabulous dinner recommendations. We loved everything about this hotel

Amazing staff, they were really kind and thoughtful. They provided information about the city and the best places to visit and eat, making our visit memorable. They even surprised us at breakfast with a croissant and a candle for my girlfriend's birthday. The whole guestroom is nicely decorated and looks very fancy. The rooms were clean, spacious and also had a nice bathroom. The location is right on the main street in the center of the town. We would definitely stay here again!

Featuring 18th-century architecture, this former noble residence is in the centre of Ravenna and 400 metres from the train station. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, and the hotel was beautifully designed. Everything was great with our room. The breakfast was also amazing, it had great high-quality options.
