Sa Domu Cheta offers an original design with its complete renovation of the first floor of a historic building. Here you can admire early 20th-century architecture, Art Nouveau design, exposed-stone walls and exposed-wood beams. Excellent!! All the experience was 5 start !! The breakfast full of choices and with homemade products!! Monica and Guillermina excellent hosts !! All the personnel are helpful and kind !the rooms are comfortable well equipped and clean. The location of the property is perfect .

Rooms are fitted with parquet floors and wooden furnishings, a coffee machine and a kettle. Each room features a modern-style bathroom with design wash basin, large shower and both toiletries and a hairdryer. Most rooms have a balcony. The room was much larger than we expected and the host, Enrico, was the true definition of a good host. He greeted us with a coffee during the check-in process, gave us some very good pointers on where to go in the city (sightseeing, dining, etc.) and even accepted to let us leave our luggage during our last day in Cagliari (flight was late in the evening). Also, items in the room such as snacks, coffee pods and so on were replaced daily and we were even left a complimentary soft drink each in the room. Regarding location, the area might seem dodgy at first, but rest assured that it is very safe and very close (walking distance) to the heart of the city. Would seriously recommend this place.

In fact, all the opposite! I'll bet you're going to 100% totally thank me!!!

Janas Hotel is located in Villasimius, just 2 km from the coast and its beautiful beaches. It offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared terrace, and equipped with a reception open 12 hours a day (telephone availability 24 hours a day). This property and staff, especially Elena, made our trip to Sardinia so wonderful. The room and the hotel overall totally exceed our expectations. It felt like a 4 star hotel and not a 3 star ⭐️. The cleaning was always on spot. The place was new, we had a spacious shower without mold (which is so rare for Italian hotels), the design of the room was super cute, we had a huge balcony, the AC worked perfectly- really nothing to complain about! Moreover Elena, the receptionist/concierge, gave us amazing recommendations everyday- where to eat, to swim, what activities to do. Everything she recommended to us was awesome. Super happy we stayed there 5 nights. The hotel doesn’t have a parking, however there is a big parking nearby with the camera. Ah, and the hotel is located on the parallel street to the Main Street of the town where you can find a lot of entertainment like street artists (dancers, clowns, musicians), theatre, vendors, restaurants, shops. Villasimius is a very pretty place full of life in summer!
