He explained in such a polite and thoughtful way that he would not be at the hotel when we arrived, and sent us very detailed instructions on how to check in by ourselves. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building, just like a typical Venetian home, and in a wonderful location. Breakfast — which Gianluca asked us about in advance — was delivered right to our door at the exact time we preferred. It was much better and more varied than in many hotels we’ve stayed at, and the croissants were simply amazing! We only stayed for two nights, but our hearts remained there. On the second day, we had a small issue and they did everything possible to solve it. At check-out, they explained everything with so much care that we left without a single question in our minds. Gianluca and his wife truly made us feel like family. Being able to leave our luggage safely until our trip to the airport was another big help. We never had any problem communicating — even if language could sometimes be a barrier, the heartfelt connection made everything so easy. We are truly grateful for every detail and every effort. The room was clean and tidy. Close proximity to the train station, the Basilica and city centre. The B&B has a lovely home like feeling. Breakfast was small but lovely. Angela was a fantastic host and always made us feel comfortable.

The room was spotless and the location can hardly be better - at the very center of Verona. Would highly recommend!

A sweet and savoury breakfast is provided daily. The breakfast was very well made we were made to decide on the items of the menu in advance which i see as a sign of quality and if we requested anything else they would happily serve on the spot

Great location just few minutes walk from Arena. Staff was really kind and helpful.

The manager was very attentive and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was in the city center, convenient for walking to many places, and safe. I highly recommend staying in this city.

Set in a tranquil, residential area near the Padova Ovest Motorway exit and a 10-minute bike ride from Padua historical centre, Casa Camilla is set in its own garden with furnished patio, 4 km from the Scrovegni Chapel. Free WiFi is available to guests. The house is absolutely lovely and Filippo is the best hose i've ever encountered. He has tips for everything and was incredibly nice, an absolute ray of sunshine. He even gave us bikes to tour the city basically for free without any prior reservation. Absolutely worth it only to encounter Filippo.
