I came away feeling totally refreshed and relaxed.

It's probably the best place I've stayed in! It was very comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic. Great location with in the mall.

It was the best ryokan in my life, superb onsen area, rotenburo, so relaxing, Jigokudani and Bear park nearby are super cool places to visit. I would come again if I have the chance... They even have backlight behind the window, where I could see mountain slope covered in green

The hotel features a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. A shortish walk down the road from the station. Lovely hotel with a nice atmosphere. Very helpful staff. A nice old-fashioned (in the best possible way) hotel right on the canal. A good sized room with comfortable beds and a great view. Appreciated the clear instructions on towel changing, cleaning etc.
