Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. Place was cool, traditional style ryokan with lovely staff and great location. They really went to extreme to ensure that we reach the best Kinosaki-experience. I forgot my ring, noticed it in the bus station and accepted my faith. However, they had noticed my ring and rushed to the bus to bring it to me - this is an example of their heartfelt attirude towards guests

Founded in the 12th century and beloved by Junichiro Tanizaki and other Japanese novelists, Tosen Goshobo is the oldest of the hot-spring inns at Arima. So clean and such a modern yet cultural experience of the oldest onsen in town. Onsen and showers were clean. Rooms were spacious for the “tenraku” room and onsen was so close to the middle of all the shops.

The inner yard is beautiful (even more so in the night with the light shows). The complimentary things like free drinks, free bike renting, free shuttle bus, etc made our stay even more comfortable and the staff was so nice, we even got some gifts from them making us feel really appreciated.

Situated just a 3-minute walk from JR Motomachi Staion, Kobe Motomachi Tokyu REI Hotel provides simple rooms with natural colours. It is super comfortable, clean, and very well located.

Villa Fontaine Kobe Sannomiya offers modern rooms with free wired internet access. Free Wi-Fi is available at the 5th floor lobby. This was the best hotel we ever stayed at in terms of price and quality. It is located in the center of Kobe, within walking distance of most attractions. The rooms are clean, they offered robes, toothbrushes, toothpaste. The breakfast was very delicious with unexpected options like curry, pancakes, fried chicken, great coffee and tea options. A separate word should be said about the happy hour at 5 oclock. They offered wine, whiskey, liquors for free! A great way to relax in the evening. Everyone should stay here! They also were able to check us in early, but your mileage may vary. There are many good restaurants close by. Also, the staff are all super friendly, helpful and nice.

Only a 3-minute walk from JR Himeji Station, Dormy Inn Himeji Natural Hot Spring offers modern rooms with free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Free flow soba and drinks at night. Free ice lolly from afternoon till night. Free probiotic drink in the morning. Free use of washing machine. There is a sento with outdoor area. Room is not too small. Great location near the train stations.

A 10-minute walk from JR Sannomiya Train Station, Kobe Sannomiya Union Hotel features a Japanese restaurant and a massage service. Rooms feature free Wifi and a flat-screen satellite TV. I couldn't complain. Everything was nice.
