Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). We love the Miyajima guest house, the staff was super friendly, the location was great, the common areas were beautiful! We also really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. Overall the only negative was that we only stayed one night, would love to come back and stay at least two nights in the future. ❤️

Thank you for a beautiful stay here. There are only a few rooms, which makes it super private and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are spacious and super clean and comfortable. They even provide free coffee in the lobby. Location is superb, just 3min walking from the ferry port (but still super quiet and peaceful)

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. This room was amazing!! We were upgraded upon arrival, the room was gorgeous, big, with a Tatami area, a wooden bath and very very stylish. Highlight for me was the view of itsukushima shrine from the room! The onsen in the roof was wonderful! The staff were so kind and friendly, seemed genuinely curious about us. If you come to Miyagima stay here! You won't regret it!

Το Miyajima Morinoyado άνοιξε ξανά τον Απρίλιο του 2014 μετά από ανακαίνιση και προσφέρει άνετα δωμάτια και ευρύχωρο δημόσιο λουτρό. I got a traditional Japanese room, with a low table in the middle, low chairs and futon beds. The truth is that everything was incredible. We had all the comforts (full bathroom, with all the necessary items), very comfortable beds, good bedding, an electric kettle to prepare whatever we wanted, although even on the ground floor there was also coffee and water to serve. The facility has a public Japanese bath, which we didn't go to because it didn't catch our attention, but we saw that many people used it. To get to the place you have to walk about 20 minutes, something to keep in mind if you go with luggage. The staff at the place was incredible, excellent treatment, very friendly and predisposed. The breakfast is excellent, it is a traditional Japanese breakfast and includes a refill of tea and rice. If I go to Miyajima again, definitely I would go to this hotel.
