Excellent service, staff were very helpful and kind. They have a shuttle service and it is great. Hotel is very beautiful, the view is breathtaking. Make sure you save some time to relax in front of the lake to appreciate the view. The food was also excellent.

The breakfast had a plenty of choices of traditional and non traditional food. The dinner ceremony and variety were amazing. We loved our experience. We get a feel of Japanese culture in this hotel.

Property is in the town but for a luxury japenese experience this place is unparalleled.This super luxurious property is in the town so be aware of that . But it’s an oasis worth visiting . Escape to a world of its own . We booked a loft view room with spectacular views of Mount Fuji . The staff are amazing . Breakfast is an experience and even though we are Halaal and required a vegetarian breakfast it was no issue
