Perfect view from the in-room hot spring. Very good ancient Japanese style building and room. Delicious food and nice service.

Featuring a classic European-style decor, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from JR Osaka Station and a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Umeda Subway Station. Everything was spectacular, the staff specifically the doormen and Mr. Lee, the staff at the lounge they made us what we want even if not available at the menu. Also i forgot my watch and they sent it back to my country which we really appreciated

Re-opening in July 2014 after a thorough renovation, HOTEL RELIEF Namba Daikokuchou is located in Osaka. Free WiFi access is available. Had a lovely stay. The room was big (we had a twin room) and the hotel is well-located (only a few minutes of walk to the nearest station, and a lot of nice places in the area to eat). There was free shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. The mini fridge was a bit loud and as written, the beds and pillow are hard but we personally prefer it like this so we slept well. Loved the free ice cream and drinks at the bar on the 2nd floor!

I had a wonderful stay at Daiwa Roynet Osaka Kitahama. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to help me forward my luggage to Tokyo, making my trip so much easier. Their kindness and efficiency were truly appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and great hospitality!
