I was a little bit surprised, how good it was, and was afraid for the hotel after i read earlier comments from guests, regarding the stay, but it seems like the hotel has fix or the problem, and the location of the hotel is very central and near to everything, from 5 to 10 min you are where you want in Casablanca. Very nice bed, and big rooms, nice people.

What wasn’t there to like about this property, we loved our stay here. Our Edith Piaf suite was spacious, we had 2 bathrooms which was great - one off the living space and the other next to the bedroom - this one had a little shower room which I really quite liked. Everything was very clean and the room was attended to everyday which included the provision of water to drink. We made use of the facilities including the beautiful heated pool with keys to swim against; an amazing Hammam experience, our first one; the gym which felt really great after not having done a weights session for a couple of weeks; and the bar downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt welcome, comfortable, safe, happy!!

THE BED WAS WONDERFUL! The reception guy was very helpful and good. The restaurant next to hotel was super deliciousness ! VERY CLEAN AND NICE NEIGHBOUR.

The host/manager, Rashida, went above and beyond for me. I encountered some problems when I arrived, and she was proactive in summoning help, and supported me throughout my stay and with dealing with authorities. I couldn't have asked for more from a host. She took really good care of me and also went into town with me and helped me to buy a sim card for my phone. After leaving the riad, Rashida also contacted me to check that I had arrived safely at my next destination. Thank you again to Rashida for all her help and support. It was hugely appreciated in very difficult circumstances. Aside from this, breakfast was superb, and the accommodation is amazing. Excellent value for money. I was able to leave my bags in the riad and collected them later too. Rashida has been the manager at the riad for around 10 years, so is very experienced, and very well known in the area. Azemmour is a dream for any street mural fans and an annual street art festival is held in the town. You can also do day trips to surrounding places such as El Jadida, which has a beautiful small medina and good restaurants.

This hotel has fantastic service, we left a very important ring in the bathroom and the staff found it and we were able to pick it up a few days later on our return from Rabat. Really fantastic front desk and restaurant experience. This hotel is superbly managed! Thank you!!!!
