Caribo Cozumel is located 10 minutes' walk from the main square and 2 km from Cozumel International Airport. It features free high-speed WiFi in all areas.
The studios with colourful décor feature air conditioning and a fan. The bathroom with shower is private and comes with free toiletries. All of them have a kitchenette with coffee maker, dining area, microwave and fridge.
Carmen and Cecilia were very nice and helpful in arranging a lower level room for my parents, helping us check in and providing us guidance for the island. Also, the room is very clean, AC & our own kitchen was great (have a microwave), and the pool was beautiful as well. The location is also very good, like 11 minutes walk to the ferry pier, 3 minutes to a local big supermarket, and you will walk past different local businesses (not very touristy ones)
At the beginning there was water droplets from the AC at our room and Carmen helped us to change to another room very quickly.

Excellent location in the centre of Cozumel, but very peaceful environment. Very friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable, clean, modern rooms, lovely pool & lounge area, gorgeous interior design & garden scape. Nice touch with tea & coffee facilities & breakfast snacks. Would highly recommend to stay here!

We had 4 apartments in total as we were a big friends group, and we really liked it! The location is good - you can walk to the centro. Also, it's clean and with nice designs. The rooftop is also amazing!

Really stylish hotel, lovely staff ( thank you Marcela) and beautiful outside space. There is really good snorkelling directly from the hotel steps - we saw rays, moray eels, really health colourful corals and abundant fish.

Lovely boutique hotel in the center of Cozumel. I was in Mexico for 3 weeks - this was the cleanest hotel I visited. Complementary breakfast is great. Stuff is very helpful, speaks english which is rare in Mexico. Localisation is also amazing, next to the old town, and 5 minutes walk from ferry. I would love to come back again to this place.
