ADO Estación Turística is 3-4 blocks away which is super convenient! You also have OXXO, Carl's Jr, Starbucks, and many clothing stores (Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Fullsand, Old Navy, etc.) less than one block away. Room was spacious, providing ample room to move around comfortably. The cleanliness of the room was also noteworthy; it was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining a spotless environment. The staff at Che Suites were not only very friendly but also went the extra mile to assist with a late check-in, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The check-out process was equally hassle-free, making my departure from the hotel a breeze. Internet connection was stable and fast. Accessibility Note: It's worth mentioning that guests need to take stairs to access their rooms. If stairs are not an issue for you, this is a fantastic option. Personally, it added a touch of exercise to my day. Considering this factor, if you have no problem with stairs, Che Suites is a great option.

All rooms feature a balcony or terrace. a real gem of a place beautiful clean pool..breakfast was good but a little too much the same each day..the owner and staff very friendly and helpful..this place is like home with dogs cats bees and chickens..the best part for me was there was ample hot water for my must have showers

I absolutely *loved* this hotel - I was a bit apprehensive about staying in the middle of party-land, but this is an oasis of calm and comfort! I had a room facing the garden at the back and the auxiliary patio doors kept out the noise at night. Lovely touches in the room - drinking glasses upside down with tissue paper to keep the edges clean, shower curtain finished off with blue ribbon and flower insert, excellent wifi... just a superb room and hotel. You have to carry your cases up the stairs (but staff did insist on offering to bring them up for me) Breakfast is simple (then again I do eat a lot, so it's probably fine for everyone else) Clean bedding, comfy bed, excellent shower and fully stocked with toiletries. The support staff are amazingly attentive; and the place in immaculate condition because of their efforts. The beach is beautiful and Suenos' cabanas give guests wonderful location to relax on the beach. We were there for full week and had a different excellent breakfast each day. Had lunch couple of times, and it was very good as well. The location has a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.

I had stayed at Viceroy hotels in the US before and always had a good experience, so I was happy to find this one with only 40 or so rooms and the type of setting I was seeking. The care the staff took was unparalleled to any other experience we’ve had. They looked after us, brought us treats, knew our preferences and were always so accommodating. The massage was the best we ever experienced. The vibe of the common areas is low key; no loud music or obnoxious behavior, the food was excellent. The suites are so different from your average resort, the bed was huge and comfortable, each room has an outdoor shower and plunge pool. The rain head showers were a delight with excellent pressure. I can’t say enough about this wonderful place (obviously). If you’re seeking an out-of-the-ordinary adult experience to relax and be pampered, this is the place.

Unic Design Hotel can assist guests 24 hours a day in the front desk. Staff were absolutely lovely! They let me extend my stay. Room had a fridge and there was a water dispenser not far from the room so you could fill up your bottles. The location is right on fifth Avenue so I felt extremely safe as a solo traveller.

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The city's famous 5th avenue, world-known for its restaurants, bars, discotheques and shopping areas are only one block away. Really friendly and helpful staff in the reception, Hector and Alma. Perfect location at the beach, eating the breakfast there was lovely. The breakfast was good and the portions were not small.
