There are a lot of plants outside, which we loved. The room is clean and well equipped and we liked the fact that cups and glasses were sealed with wrap. Location is just great.

Everything! We felt like home. It was nice, clean and beautiful with its common spaces filled with plants. What we liked the most was the warmth from the staff, specially Agustín. He was super nice and helpful, telling us about all the activities happening in the city and resolving all of our questions. Also they told us they don't offer breakfast, only a complimentary coffee, cake and seasonal fruit juice. I have to say, even though they don't consider it to be breakfast it was one of the nicest we've had in Mexico. Also they prepared it for us very early at 6 am the day we left. Very grateful for the treatment, was a pleasure to stay there and would definitely recommend it.

Gabriel (manager) went out of his way to help us with care hire problems and finding a doctor. The building is beautiful, very old and interesting.
