Beautiful gardens and surroundings. Laid out very attractively. The owner Peter, is very friendly and informative. Great coffee shop and cafe on the property. Rooms really comfortable and warm

The Reef Resort Motel offers self-contained accommodation on the edge of the Lake Taupo. The property features an outdoor heated freshwater pool and a thermal pool with a hot tub. Spacious rooms, great equipped and tv's that work so well. The pool and smaller hotpool are nice and warm. Everyone is quiet and respectfull and kind. The woman at the front desk was very hospitable. Would recommend!

The apartment itself was spacious, had two floors, two large beds, and ample living space. The rate is very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodation.
