Friendly staff and exceptionally clean room. Although the building isn't brand new, the kitchen contents and linens looked like they were. Great location: easy stroll or drive to the lake, shops etc and across the road from a cafe, takeaway and Four Square. Nice comfy lounge in the two-bed apartment

Our room was great a wonderful view of the Lake, we had one light bulb out, but that was ok. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Love the view. The elevator/lift was acting strange so we took the stairs.

Loved the space in the 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment, the underfloor heating, balcony with hot tub, swimming pool (39 degrees). It was quiet with good parking facilities and easy access to Lake Taupo.

Lovely motel! Rooms were amazing. The bath opening to main room was gorgeous. We had an upstairs room and cheeky view of lake. Was just lovely for my birthday getaway with my partner. Easy walk to town and bars

Outstanding hospitality! Everyone is going the extra mile to make this stay as relaxing, as positive, as special as possible. This was truly remarkable.
The rooms were way better than we expected at this price range. The kitchenette had everything we needed, the bathroom was spacious and the bed/livingroom was big well designed.
The BBQ and outdoor area was unique. We loved the pretty trees and the awesome grill.
10/10 and 100% recommendation. This was by far the best stay in New Zealand.

Wonderful room with a picturesque interior design, spacious bath room, and a great view on Lake Taupo with its ducks, geese, and black swans. Nice restaurant. Compared to other hotels: excellent Wi-Fi with high speeds.
