The staff was amazing, our bed was huge and comfortable and breakfast was good. We were able to leave our luggage in the reception while touring Uros. Overall very satisfied.

The host was incredibly kind, he helped us by keeping our backpacks all day long and with recommendations. Breakfast was also rich and tasty.

Amazing hot shower - good pressure, very hot water. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a small heater in the room, which definitely helped to keep the room warmer, taking in account that it was -2-4C outside at night. Breakfast was simple but decent - scrambled egg, fresh juice, fruits, bread, cheese, coffee, etc. Staff was very nice and sweet, I think they spoke only Spanish (though I didn't try any English with them) The internet also worked well, though I didn't use it much

Set in the heart of Puno, Conde de Lemos offers views over the historical city centre and the Titicaca Lake. The hotel is outfitted with complimentary Wi-Fi services. From the moment we entered the hotel the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless with great views of the Basilica. The TV had great channels and the Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was excellent and the staff willing to please.
