The neighbourhood is lively, very safe and there are numerous restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the hotel. The waterfront is also within walking distance.

Kennedy and some of the main streets of the neighborhood, where you can find many delicious restaurants. If you're looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel!
