We had our flight cancelled and had to delay our arrival from Singapore for an entire day. I called the front desk at 3 a.m. to let the know we would be delayed. They made sure that our driver waited and pick us up at the airport. And when we arrived at the resort at 4 a.m. the next day, we were taken immediately to our room, where we spent a very restful day recharging after our ordeal. Such a quiet location, too. We loved it!

The staff was the heart of the resort. From check in to check out we were very happy with the impeccable customer service. My mom loved the old furnitures, it reminded her of their house back then.

It is probably the biggest hotel room I have ever experienced. The staff are friendly. Granted our request for a lower floor. Lovely city view. Food is good. We will.definitely be back.
