Location - the hotel is right in the heart of old town. I went during Christmas market season and was able to easily get to and from the markets throughout my stay. Very central location. Modern conveniences- beautiful architectural building but had a working elevator. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, heated bathroom floors, multiple outlets in the bedroom. Staff - all the staff I interacted with were lovely. Answered all my questions. Very helpful.

My massage by Miss Paulina was the best! Food amazing! Ok, the dinner is a bit pricey but hey! It's not every day! The rooms are so quiet, we slept like stones 😅
