Free private monitored parking is available on site. It’s a nice villa with good design. The parking is just about the entrance. I liked the sauna. The breakfast was good as well.

The property is 100 metres from the Cloth Hall. Staff where amazing with my parents who I had booked the hotel for. Kind, informative, and very friendly at all times. Helped to arrange tours and made sure their stay was as comfortable as possible. Lovely room with peace and quiet the hotel despite looking over the main square. Mam loved the balcony and looking at the views. Overall, great service even leading up to the trip. Thank you!

The breakfast was excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

A spacious, cozy and very clean room, tastefully decorated; the bed was really comfortable; the staff were very polite and helpful and the communication was easy as they all spoke English. And the best part about this hotel is its location: barely 20 meters from Krakow's old town main square! So, highly recommended!
