With 55 rooms and 6 suites, all with plenty of natural light and panoramic views. All units are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WIFI. Bathrooms include a free-standing tub as well as free toiletries. Never have had a more luxurious stay and experience in the hotel. The infinity pools with a view straight on Douro River and valley are just breathtaking. The staff is super helpful and authentically friendly. Super looking forward to my next stay in one of the Octant hotels! There will definitely be a next time!

Free in-room Wi-Fi is available. The place is fantastic, better than we expected! Great staff and warm welcoming, they service us their homemade excellent port when we arrived. The room is very spacious and charming with elegant antique furnitures, great atmosphere! The dinner was amazing! Great food and wine, they were very kind to serve us with another pre-drink of port, lots of great red wine during the dinner and with a 40years port after dinner. Breakfast is also nice and fresh! The property itself is peaceful and beautifully maintained, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Even the sweet resident dog, Becas, added to the charm. We were surprised with a room upgrade, and the room was fantastic: spacious, beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped. The food deserves a special mention — every meal we had was outstanding, fresh and full of flavor. The dining experience felt both personal and refined without being pretentious. It’s clear that a lot of care and passion go into the kitchen here. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Quinta do Bosque to anyone visiting the Douro Valley.

The facilities, the location and the host were superb. Comfortable and big room, nice outdoor pool.

Casa da Azenha dates back to the latter half of the 17th century. This charming property is located on a vineyard in the heart of the Douro region, a UNESCO world natural heritage site near the cities of Régua and Lamego. Featuring a bath, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer and a bidet. You can enjoy garden view from the room. Extras include bed linen. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Casa da Azenha!!  The very first thing about this property is the staff. It is like staying at a family home. Maria made sure even before we arrived that we had dinner reservations, and she arranged a wine tour with us that was by far the best part of our trip. She was checking up on us the whole time to ensure that our stay was everything we needed. The other staff at the home is also very helpful with things such as laundry, the breakfast in the morning was perfect and made it easy to start our day, without having to look elsewhere to eat. Everyone here is extremely caring and is there because they love their job. As for the facilities. The property is so serene and is surrounded by fruit trees, lavender, beautiful flowers everywhere you look. The pool was clean and everything you needed for a quick swim to cool off. There are also lawn chairs For sunbathing. The rooms were historic yet, clean, spacious, and comfortable bedding. The bathroom is also clean and spacious. There is a small kitchenette if needed. Again, very cozy facilities that made you feel right at home. Even though there were other guests at the villa the apartments are separated enough, and we never felt like we were being bothered or too close for comfort! if you are looking to book look no further, as this is an amazing property with staff that care!

This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Everything was perfect and we really liked our stay at Casa do Romezal. The location was gorgeous and the staff were really helpful. We can really recommend a stay here.
